It was pretty much predictable. There is so much irrationality in American society now that exhuberant enthusiasms,otherwise known as hysteria can overtake the nation. Hoping a completely inexperienced ultra liberal could take sound rational steps to correct our problems was insanely irrational. As bad as that was, it could be just the begining of much worse further down the road. What happens if the Republicans take it all back in 2012 and likewise fail? Goodbye democracy and hello fascism.

Tou are so right. Three more days than off to Dublin airport, from there, adventure. Sure it will be a bit chilly but I don't mind that, makes everything less crowded.
