Happy New Year!

I can't believe it's been almost a month since I've posted anything here. No excuse.

Anyway, I'll try to catch up a bit today. It's not like there's been anything earth-shaking going on: just a pretty typical (if late) High Plains winter. The dogs are afflicted with a low-grade cabin fever, but I can't do anything about that but get them out for a run whenever the weather allows. Doggy feet get frostbite, too.

So I'll try to put a few things up today so I don't feel like a total goof-off.

Neither can I. But at least you redeemed yourself by posting several items at once. Jack looks huge. It's hard to believe he's still a puppy. Mousetraps? On Jack's little puppy nose?

Ha! Redemption is always good.

Jack is 6-months and a solid 61 pounds and stand 24" with a 29" chest. He will not be a flimsy Shorthair. (Em's chest is also 29" and she stands only 1" taller than the "puppy.")

Jack's "little puppy nose" gets into all sorts of places where it hasn't been invited. He's set off a couple of the traps but hasn't been "caught" yet. It's the snap that backs him off.
